1. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION 
   (The Chair of the Board will call for statements from citizens regarding issues relating to County government. It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business which are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes. Comments shall be respectful and courteous to all.)

   Please note, the ideas expressed during public communication do not necessarily reflect the ideas or beliefs of Clackamas County or the Board of County Commissioners.

2. PRESENTATION (Following are items of interest to the citizens of the County)
   1. County Assessor’s General Update on Property Taxes
   2. Approval of a Resolution to Recognize Veterans and Designate Clackamas County as a Green Light for Veterans County.
3. *BOARD DISCUSSION ITEM (The following items will be individually discussed by the Board only, followed by Board action.)
   1. Adoption of a Resolution Declaring a Local State of Emergency and Declaring Emergency Measures to Respond to Food Scarcity Caused by Suspension of Federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Benefits
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS 
   (The following items will be individually presented by County staff or other appropriate individuals. Persons appearing shall clearly identify themselves and the department or organization they represent. In addition, a synopsis of each item, together with a brief statement of the action being requested shall be made by those appearing on behalf of an agenda item.)
   1. Approval of Annexation Proposal #2025-007 of territory located at 12925 SE Almond Ct, Clackamas, OR. No County General Funds are involved.
5. CONSENT AGENDA 
   (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
   1. Elected Officials
      1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
      2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Revenue for map development to improve ad valorem property tax system administration. Agreement Value is $24,000 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Revenue. No County General Funds are involved. – ASSESSOR
   2. Clackamas 911 (CCOM)
      1. Approval of a Contract Amendment with Priority Dispatch Corporation for call taker medical triage program software. Amendment Value is $112,000 for 5 years. Total Contract Value is $222,430 for 10 years. Funding is through user fees and state 911 taxes. No County General Funds are involved.
   3. Transportation & Development
      1. Approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Oregon Department of Transportation for the Amisigger Road Roundabout Project. Total Project Value is $5,675,465 for 5 years. Funding is through the Community Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Purchase Order for magnesium chloride supplies used for de-icing and anti-icing of County roadways. Order Value $250,000 for 3 years. Funding is through the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
6. WATER ENVIRONMENT SERVICES CONSENT AGENDA (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
   1. Approval of a Contract Amendment with Jacobs Engineering Group for updated hydraulic modeling. Amendment Value is $132,248 and no time increase. Total Contract Value is $605,009 for 3 years. Funding is through WES Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
